I think they should have four or five common pokemon then 2 or 3 uncommon pokemon then 1 or 2 rare pokemon.....that'd be better...

oh.. in pkmn games they have levels... from level 1-100...

with a game cheat your pokemon can get higher than that, but the succsession of the cheat working is 1 out of 100 so the cheat is hardly worth it...
