It's because, that's 4-kids, they're always finding ways on turning and editing anime for ages 3-above, but Naruto was suppose to be Seven-above! Do you know the banned episode in Pokemon? This is more worse, they edited Naruto to be more kid-friendly! Maybe the future episodes in Naruto will get more editting. Which cuts the show for 20 or 25 minutes, even 15 minutes and a they even put long commercials to cover it up.

Next thing you know they will change Naruto's violent attacks into friendly ones, which is not entertaining. Cartoons like this should be for kids 12 and up not stupid little kids who mimic; thinking they can do this in real life.
