thanks..and it can be..not for me though... its a condition for me... mine is mild.. insomnia can be caused by simple things, like drinking caffein... (i spelled that wrong..there should be a g somewhere in that word)

well... insomnia can last for months.... and although its only been reported like...13 times in recorded history...people have been known to die from it...
