well..most things do sound like a bad thing...but have hidden rewards... sure fighting with him sucks.. but it builds strong relationships, in the same way working out builds strong muscles... and this is probably from puberty... hm.. ya know..hormonal mood swings... it may seem bad...and i feel empathy for your pain.. but....... i wouldnt be surprised if it passes soon enough..
