well you can delete water pulse for surf...surf is far better... does 90 damage with 100 accuracy...and soon your infernape might learn flare blitz...teach it that when it learns it....

actually, sadly no..and i just remembered where it is.. in solceon... theres a house somewhere in that city.. if youve completed the ruins task, a boy will go to that house and ask yo to follow...if you go there, he'll give you the seal case...that jogged my memory...
