Plasma Mewtwo

A Mewtwo with plasma colors (tye-dye). A part of my collection of plasmas. The colors should move but I didn't have an animation program to do so.

Why I made This Pic:I saw a site of pokemon legends that spoke of legendary pokemon on a distant island mutated during the collision of meteor and land. They say that the meteor contained viruses that mutated the pokemon. this resulted in plasma pokemon.
