...well im unaware of the scale..but if this an give you an insight...i was designed to only use teleportation... but i advanced much further than my brain should have allowed to the point where i could use pk..

i just learned ion from when i was born i learned by my self .... i understand pk though i knew prople who could use it but i cant use it if you ask
