i think it's not gay anime, it's jest like that. *Huff*OKAY, the colors are made on the year 2003, the details are made in a computer AND i think it's glitter eyes( which girls are drawn to.

who ever stole this, its not nice of u to steal from someone else and say u posted it! because if my friend Nicole's friend Togepi drew this! and u can find her art page on DA! http://pdutogepi.deviantart.com/ and i'm pretty sure who ever stole it stole it from there calling it their own artwork, because if Togepi put her work up she'd have a logged on name like most of us artist!

but i could be wrong. if i am, or if i'm not I'm just worried about friends artwork getting into the wrong hands. and i can spot out alotta people's artwork on here that isn't someone's when its another. like me, someone stole a whole lot of my drawings calling it theirs! lucky i caught them and reported them and the webmaster deleted them all! so don't be pulling any crap with me please! and i think i see Togepi's name file so never mind.
