But thats the thing. You have to motivate yourself. You shouldn't listen to others because you know, hopefully, that if you set your mind to it you really can do anything

Well try imagining that person saying it. I do that...err.... did that.... in a volley ball tornament and I won^^ (of course I had to other volleyball champions on my team so I'm not sure if it works or not^^")

Well, for me it's like, if anyone tells me I can't do something because I'm not good enough for it, I just spit them in the face and ask them if they want a chain smaked in the face, and since I'm of a violent nature, I have no hard feelings harming another person.
