Thats Mimiru. She comes out in SIGN (as you can see) Shes one of my favorite characters because of her attitude. The difference between her and blackrose is that mimiru is a bit more clueless and clumbsy.

No. Blackrose'es brother is named Kazu. But Kazu was put to a comma due to a fight he lost in The World. Kite is the main character of the game and a friend of blackrose though...after the forth volume...she mails him a message saying she might be in love with kite.
