Yea. In the anime, Aura is like the light in the game itself. In my story, she was the light in me. However....in .Hack..Aura symbolizes something much more...biblolic.

Nope. See the original creator the game The World: Harold, intentionally put Aura into the game. He wanted to demonstrate his love for a woman named Emma that died in a car accident. Therefore he created a program in which Aura would be born. He wanted Aura to symbolize his love for Emma so he wanted Aura to be..perfect. Thats why he created another program: Morganna. Morganna's job was to feed the sleeping Aura data so that Aura could use that data when she awoke. However, Morgana turned against her.

Theres noone with wings in the head as far as i know. As for the glitch, i think it was much of a glitch but it would have to be Harold. When Harold noticed Morgana had gained self conscious he put himself in the game and tried to reason with her. Morganna paied no attention and instead, trapped him inside the game where she laters deletes him in the series.
