It's a demonspawn that represents the forgotten, and so wherever it walks, it spreads a layer of ice underneath it........It doesn't have much of a personality, just like the Hate.

It's not magic, it the only thing it can do that is somewhat magic like is to fuse with the ground and ga underneath it, just to reappear somewhere else.
